This trip is unique from all the trips we offer.
We launch from the Sarnia Bay Marina and will be drifting vs trolling at the mouth of and down the St. Clair River. You will be provided a jigging rod, a demonstration of how to jig, and will fish with rod in hand for the morning.
Dress for the weather as it can be cool in the fall, especially in the early morning. Each drift can take approximately 15 - 20 minutes, and then we pull lines, warm up in the heated cabin area and move up stream for the next drift.
Transportation from Port Franks is available for up to 4 guests, or if you are on the way, we can pick you up.
All needed gear is included, but due to the discounted rate something's are not included such as
- fishing cleaning and packaging (offered at $3/fish)
- cooler bag
- drinking water
How to book
1. Choose your preferred date, departure time will be determined
2. Fill out the booking form
- if you are booking for more than one guest, please add the additional guests by clicking "add guest" on the booking form.
- you will pay for all guests at checkout.
3. Click confirm and pay for your trip (see our FAQ's for our refund policy)
4. You will be sent an email with confirmed charter information.
Please note, this is not a private charter, there are up to 4 spots available on any given day. If you book for 2 people, 2 other people may be added to the same trip.
If you want to book the whole boat (the cost is $600+HST), please book for 1 person and indicate your preference on the booking form in the space provided. You will pay $150 deposit and the remainder will be due on board the day of your trip.
For these trips we take a maximum of 4 people.
